Program Advertising:
Advertising in “The Bell Witch Story” playbill is a wonderful way for your business to gain new customers, while providing your company visibility as a patron and supporter of the arts in your local community. High-quality playbills will be distributed to audiences at “The Bell Witch Story” performances, October 9th- 31st, 2008. By placing an advertisement in the playbill, you can reach thousands of potential customers from the Middle Tennessee area, many of whom become loyal supporters of businesses who contribute to local arts groups. There are different options to fit your budget and promotional needs. Many advertisers like to place coupons in the program to draw business to their establishment. As keepsakes, these programs have a high rate of retention and are revisited over and over. And if you place a full or half page ad, your information will be listed on our website for the year, with 40 to 60 thousand visitors expected during the month of October alone. ~ ALL ADS SHOULD BE CAMERA READY. We will scan all hard copy and can enlarge or reduce them, but we cannot edit copy. High resolution JPEG digital files are the easiest and most universally compatible files with which to work. Do make sure that you save any ad file as high resolution and sufficient quality for printing. Finished materials will be 300 dpi resolution.
PAYMENT in the form of a check made payable to Tennessee Theater Company must accompany the advertising form and must be received by Thursday, September 25th. Please write “advertising” in the memo field.
